40 West Arts District invites the public to a huge celebration based loosely around the theme of Día de los Muertos on First Friday November 1st from 6-10pm. All of our galleries, studios and creative businesses will be open to the public and visitors to the district will see multiple exhibits inspired by Día de los Muertos including altars and pieces by local artists.

See fire artists, who will be on hand spinning fire to brighten the winter night in a display of light and shadow. This is a kid & family event!

VISIT MY NEW ART STUDIO

Earlier this month, I moved into a new studio space in the 40 West Arts District, just west of Denver, and I couldn’t be happier. This is a lot more space than I’ve had in the past, surrounded by 15 other artists’ studios and I get to share the space with my good friend, Jamie Cornell, who runs a leadership and professional development coaching business.

Come visit Jamie and me in our new space! On November 1, the 40 West Studios will be open to the public during the Colfax Art Crawl celebration for Dia de los Muertos. Note: it’s also the day before my birthday so I’m considering this my big birthday bash, too! Come celebrate with us!
